7.4.1.1  Regulatory conformity 

All purchased products or materials used in product shall conform to applicable regulatory requirements.  所有的購買的貨品 都需與 任何現行法令 遵守, 臺灣的法律就是 沒說 寶健健 不能用 藍白拖 同樣 的 材料 , 也沒說 , 自個 不能 燒 自己 的廠房~  老子有錢 你管的著嗎？

7.4.1.2  Supplier quality management system development 

The organization shall perform supplier quality management system development with the goal of supplier 

conformity with this Technical Specification. 技術規格要符合, 就是 有白目 廠商 要 出 wat fail 的 wafer, 當然, 還有 硬坳 particle 在 metal 下 , 無所謂. Conformity with ISO 9001:2000 is the first step in achieving this goal.

Unless otherwise specified by the customer, suppliers to the organization shall be third party registered to 

ISO 9001:2000 by an accredited third-party certification body. 供應商 要自己 過 iso. 

7.4.1.3  Customer-approved sources 

Where specified by the contract (e.g. customer engineering drawing, specification), the organization shall purchase 

products, materials or services from approved sources. approved sources 是 非常重要的, 你覺得 統一的採購無法分辨 寶漸漸 與 藍白拖 嗎? 台塑的廠務 無法分辨 哪些管路該換嗎?  approved 的過程 是 很 critical, 非常微妙的.  還有 serices, cvd chamber 需要 外送 清 時, 永遠 都會 supplier （代工廠) 找到 " 奇怪" 的廠商, 會 把 coating 都刮下來, chamber 變成  particle 製造機. chamber 作沈積 , 不是 作 烤雞 , 我們是 台積電, 不是 台雞店. 總有 來路不明 的 供應商 的下游供應商.  也看 大陸 某廠 mxp chamber 躺在 無塵室的地板 很久 很久, 至少 ㄧ個月吧 , 白貓 黑貓, 會修機 的就是 好貓.
