6 Resource management （about 公司資源 為 某個客戶 的 分配, of course, for 大客戶, 下幾個lot 的 客戶, 就省省吧！A1來audit,就說arrange resource for a1 就好, 別傻傻的把 a to z customers 都list 給a1)
6.1 Provision of resources
The organization shall determine and provide the resources needed (供應商 須 決定 與 提供 所需資源, 就是 避免 sales 唬爛 亂接 定單 的 條款)
a) to implement and maintain the quality management system and continually improve its effectiveness, and (持續 , 這件事情 對 男人 和 女人 ㄧ直 很重要）
b) to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements. （會吵的小孩 有 糖吃, 會 叫 的 客戶, lot 優先 run, 聽說, 我 是 最悅耳 的 customer, 嘴嘟 的 最可愛 的 customer)
6.2 Human Resources （就是 老闆 的 走狗之 ㄧ, 另兩隻 是 mis 和 總務）
Personnel performing work affecting product quality shall be competent on the basis of appropriate education, training, skills and experience. （簡短, 但 微妙 的 ㄧ句話, appropriate ? 澳洲 computer science 和 交大資科, 有何不同, 其中ㄧ個, 可上 宣董 住帝寶, 另ㄧ個, 只能 maintain notes. ）
6.2.2 Competence, Awareness and Training （competence-很妙的ㄧ個word, awareness , 就是 要有 competence , 才會有 awareness, training 也要看 train你的人 自己 懂不懂）
The organization shall:
a) determine the necessary competence for personnel performing work affecting
product quality,（白話文, 就是 會影響 產品 良率的 人, 到底 是 會不會, 行不行?)
b) provide training or take other actions to satisfy these needs,( 事後丸 有用嗎？)
c) evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken, ( 評估 此訓練 之 有效, 評估人 , 自己 到底 是 會 還不是不會)
d) ensure that its personnel are aware of the relevance and importance of their
activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives, and ( the same as (a), 只是 說 的 很華麗)
e) maintain appropriate records of education, training, skills and experience (see 4.2.4) (有training , 不ㄧ定 就 會, but 有總比沒有好）
184.108.40.206 Product Design Skills （產品設計的技能, usually, 代工廠 都 不 audit 這項）
The organization shall ensure that personnel with product design responsibility are competent to achieve design requirements and are skilled in applicable tools and techniques.
Applicable tools and techniques shall be defined by the organization. （我也知, but organization 也不了)
The organization shall establish and maintain documented procedures （就是 training class 有憑有據, 半導體廠 特氣，特用化學品 超多, 不要隨便開玩笑） for identifying training needs（搞清楚 這個人的 assignment, op 作 op 的事, 助工 就作 助工 的事, 切記 越俎代苞） and achieving competence of all personnel performing activities affecting product quality（最常發生的是 anti-static , 防靜電的措施 看似easy, but 魔鬼就在細節裡, 何時（which process) 被 打穿 , 都不知道）. Personnel performing specific assigned tasks shall be qualified, as required, with particular attention to the satisfaction of customer requirements.(現在 出包 的 就是 外包 的 那部份, 大家都不想 maintain 化學站, 尤其是 換酸 和 清槽, 那外包的 工程師, 又不熟悉 fab的 環境, 哪知 沖身洗眼器 在哪？出事時, 無法 本能反應, 找到 沖身洗眼器)
Note 1 This applies to all employees having an effect on quality at all levels of the organization. (越high-level, 越easily被蒙蔽, 擒賊先擒王 子,超過五個lot 被 報廢, 就叫 vp 出來, 每天 conf. call. call 到 那五個 lot scape 原因 找到, if reliabilty 才 逮到, 那就 求爺爺 告奶奶 吧～
Note 2 An example of the customer specific requirements is the application of digitized （digitized 哦！）mathematical based data.（就是 不要 再 唬爛, 數據 拿出來)
220.127.116.11 Training on the job.
The organization shall provide on-the-job training for personnel in any new or modified (很重要, 就是 加ㄧ個 新氣體, 就算是 cda,也不是開玩笑的）job affecting product quality, including contract or agency personnel （contract 就是 指 最容易出事 的 外包工人 和 進來裝機台 的 色色工程師）. Personnel whose work can affect quality shall be informed about the consequences to the customer of nonconformity to product requirements.（這非常實際, 不是唬爛, 就是 有 high-level, 進clean room, 口罩 沒戴好, 還嫌空氣悶, 那就不要 作 半導體 這ㄧ行 呀～）
18.104.22.168 Employee motivation and empowerment
The organization shall have a process to motivate employees to achieve quality objectives, to make continual improvements, and to create an environment to promote innovation. The process shall include the promotion of quality and technological awareness throughout the whole organization.
The organization shall have a process to measure the extent to which its personnel are aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives. (see 6.2.2.d)
The organization shall determine, provide and maintain the infrastructure needed to achieve conformity to product requirements. Infrastructure includes, as applicable.
a) buildings, workspace and associated utilities
b) process equipment (both hardware and software), and
c) supporting services (such as transport or communication).
6.3.1 Plant, Facility and Equipment Planning
The organization shall use a multidisciplinary approach (see 22.214.171.124) for developing plant, facility and equipment plans. Plant layouts shall optimize material travel, handling and value-added use of floor space, and shall facilitate synchronous material flow. Methods shall be developed and implemented to evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of existing operations.
Note These requirements should focus on lean manufacturing principles and the link to effectiveness of the quality management system.
6.3.2 Contingency Plans
The organization shall prepare contingency plans to satisfy customer requirements in the event of an emergency such as utility interruptions, labor shortages, key equipment failure and field returns.
6.4 Work Environment
The organization shall determine and manage the work environment needed to achieve conformity to product requirements.
6.4.1 Personnel Safety to Achieve Product Quality
Product safety and means to minimize potential risks to employees shall be addressed by the organization, especially in the design and development process and in manufacturing process needs.
6.4.2 Cleanliness of Premises
The organization shall maintain its premises in a state of order, cleanliness and repair consistent with the product and manufacturing process needs.
