2) waste cupric sulfate (硫酸銅）---->industrial grade cupric sulfate

3) waste cupric liquid（銅液體）---->recycled for production of new etching liquid

4) thinner of photo resistant(黃光製程用的光阻thinner, ex, hmds）---->destilled for reuse

5) waste isopropyl alcohol(ipa)（去光阻用）---->destilled of reuse (也是有機溶劑的ㄧ種, filter 過濾懸浮離子後, reuse)

6) stripper used to remove photo resistant layer（特用stripper , 如 act, ekc, nmp 去除光阻）---->destilled of reuse (廠商特調的, 較貴, 所以, 將離子去除後, 再使用）

7) solvent used to remove photo resistant layer（有機溶劑 去除光阻用）---->cement kiln supplementary fuel （壓成 水泥窯輔助燃料, 4.5.6. 若超過 bath life, 也是如 7）
